- Challenge yourself - puzzles, reading, quizzes and being innovative to use your mind in different ways.
- Keep a close networks of friends, family and support groups. Try not to stay alone too much and make an effort to be friendly and meet new people.
- Keep motivated. Whatever it is that motivates you, keep striving towards your goal and an overall better you.
- Balance your calorie intake with how much energy you’re burning. Check how many calories you should be consuming according to advice from your GP.
- Keep it simple. Living a simple life can help relieve unnecessary stress of social cultures and trends.
