Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by you:

All cancellations must be received either by writing, by email or by telephone. Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to one day courses will be entitled to a 50% refund. Late cancellations received between 1 day to 14 days (inclusive) prior to the event, are not entitled to a refund.

Failure to attend your course on the day will constitute late cancellation and no refund will be given. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

The full course fee becomes due on completion of the booking process and can be paid on invoice. For course fees in excess of £400.00 payment can be made in instalments by arrangement.

Once a booking has been agreed between the training provider and the client then Dawood and Tanner Academy cannot accept any responsibility or liability if the client or student defaults from the booking.

The training provider cannot accept responsibility or liability if the student fails to complete the course because of an effect or omission on the part of the client or student. Therefore, the student must ensure they are able to meet the requirements of the programme before commencement date. Dawood and Tanner Academy will provide the student with a detailed outline of the course as part of the booking process.

Deposit

1. Deposits are non-refundable but will be credited against the course fee. If you cancel your enrolment less than 30 days prior to the start date, no monies will be refunded.
2. The balance of the full course fee should be paid to the Administrator no less than 30 days prior to the commencement date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Cancellation by Dawood and Tanner Academy:

1. We need a minimum of 5 people in order to run a course – any course not reaching this minimum number will therefore not go ahead. This happens very rarely and we do all we can to avoid it, but if it looks like this may happen we will let you know as soon as possible, and we will then offer you whatever alternative dates we have available. Should none of these be acceptable to you, you will of course receive a full refund. We will not be liable for the cost of any changes in travel arrangements as a result of changing dates.
2. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the programme may change and we reserve the right to cancel the event or alter the venue and/or speaker.
